What’s a WatchGuard Firewall?

WatchGuard Firewall appliance is a hardware appliance installed on your network. It protects your network from unauthorized access, users from accessing compromised sites and services, and monitors and blocks dangerous traffic to or from your network. We install and configure based on customer requirements. All businesses, regardless of size, should have a firewall appliance. WatchGuard is an industry leader in firewalls, EDR, and cybersecurity. WatchGuard appliance and license are billed separately. WatchGuard requires a yearly license renewal.

What is Rose Backup?

Rose Backup is our own backup solution. Rose Backup includes 2TB of shared storage between all your computers. It supports Windows, Mac, and Linux clients, and offers the ability to backup multiple sources. Rose Backup is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cloud backup, also known as online backup or remote backup, is a strategy for sending an encrypted copy of a physical or virtual file or database to a secondary, off-site location for preservation.

Is my backup data encrypted?

Yes, All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your data is protected via 256bit file encryption and stored on our secure servers. We also use secure off-site backups to ensure your data is protected.
